I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Team Delegate in Jan 2023
Interview
Went through three interviews with the company, including a skills assessment. They pay you for a maximum of two hours for the skills assessment at $16/hr. After everything, they couldn't be bothered to update me either way on the results. Complete waste of my time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Team Delegate (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Applied online. Recruiter reached out. Met with him, then a senior person on the team. Went well. Was left in limbo, and told they had "rolling interviews", and they refused to give a follow-up date, respecting my timeline. Seemed to have gone well then finally got a second interview with a senior salesperson which seemed fine. Told next day I was not hired. They tape-record everything, which is strange for a startup, as well as not being transparent or respectful (imo) re candidate's timeline. I found it a non-diverse, closed group, despite the hype about how nice they are.
