I went through 4 rounds of interviews starting with a recruiter. It was a very thorough process, I was looped in as the process moved forward. The hiring manager ultimately decided to go with the internal candidate.
- It was important to have a strong credentialing background.

Multiple levels with questions about experience and vision for the future. Panel and 1:1 interviews. Prescreen with recruiter and final interview with executive over the hiring manager. Logical and thoughtful process. Not a lot of feedback after process.
- Vision for the department and how I would handle certain situations.

HR, annoyingly contacts you and pushes their deceptive agenda. They mercilessly keep you hanging for an excruciatingly long period . The dialogue initially seems like a mutual exchange, but ultimately reveals their self-serving nature. They manipulate you into following a promising path, only to crush your hopes by replying to your emails with a heartless excuse that they've received an overwhelming number of applicants, conveniently deciding to abandon you. A week later the same job was posted again with a much lower salary. Clearly, they are fishing only.

5 interviews - recruiter, hiring manager, VP, team, hiring manager again. Then nothing - no communication, not even a form letter from the ATS. I guess this sort of behavior toward candidates is the new norm with private equity owned health care companies.
- typical questions about my experience

The HR interview went well. The representative was very professional and thorough with her questions, However, I then met with a team consisting of various executives. They all asked STAR type questions. After the interview, I was ghosted by the entire company. I didnt even get a thanks but no thanks email. I did notice from a job search email that the position is still posted. Could the company at least given me the courtesy of informing me that I was not a good fit for the job? A complete waste of my time.

I interviewed at TeamHealth in Aug 2022
I had 3 interviews, each an hour long. I felt that each of the three interviews went very well, and was assured after each that I was advancing to the next phase of the selection process. After the last interview I never heard back from any of the previous interviewers. I waited patiently, I followed up with my first interviewer, after a week I followed up with the second, and after 3 business days I followed up with the third. After spending and hour of my time with each of them, and being assured that I was “moving on” , I suddenly couldn’t get an email reply. I never did. like most people, I would humbly accept if another candidate was more qualified, what I can’t accept is a 3 hour time commitment that ends in a professional ghosting.
- Previous experience in time management, social media, recruitment experience.
