Totally waste of time if you don't know the hr personally bcoz I have appeared the interview and give all the answers correctly and there response is negative bcoz already selected candidate of there choice, I am telling this bcoz i had selected in many big MNC in my lifetime and know that when I am going to select and when not, if you are interested to waste your time and effort then go for Anand Rathi
