It was not what I expected. The company provides STEM programs for children so I expected the CEO to be friendly, professional, engaging, etc... He was awkward and creepy. I felt like he was always checking me out and his questions became more and more personal. I found the job through a job fair at the University of Texas at Dallas. I was notified that this company is now banned by the University. It is not allowed to work with the University or participate in any job fairs.

Applied at a career fair at my school, got an interview about a week later. The interview was mainly behavioral questions and briefly talking about my resume. About 30 minutes long with two interviewers. They were very friendly.

I gave my resume to the program director at an intern fair at my university. After interview screening, you may be asked to interview with them. First they get to know who you are, then a few scenario questions, then small banter regarding anything just to get a feel for how you are socially. The interview is relaxed and there are no technical questions asked.
