TechLavender interview questions

Profile Screening was a painful process with TechLavender. TechLavender is a payroll company and recruits for other companies. Technical interview was by a client company for their internal project. There was excessive weightage over background verification. Documentation overhead was a headache. This company has an over kill of terms and conditions along with their client company's terms and conditions which is not acceptable. Overall is not great.
