The point is to help candidates suitable employment or at least that's what's on their website. I was ghosted after 3 weeks of talking to one of their recruiters. They may have not liked me as a candidate or may have had other reasons. Either way they could have communicated as adults as to reasons why they are not considering me as a candidate anymore. Would that be something you'd like to happen to you? My advice give it a pass. There are better agencies in the bay area.
