Interview

I was approached with a min 6 months project which then went down to 6 weeks and finally to just 2 weeks. Funny thing is that it never started at all. Funny thing was, they wanted me to leave my permanent job for this 2 weeks projects. They took 3 ridiculous months for on-boarding process and still project never started. Suddenly they stopped responding to my emails.

Standard, straight forward face to face interview. Seeking the suitability for their work profile from our previous experience. After the direct reporting manger's interview & satisfaction, HR comes into the picture. HR just collects the evidence from previous employment details. I haven't faced any other process.
