This was the most disjointed interview experience I've ever had. The recruiter who worked with me for most of my experience didn't respond to my emails, scheduled interviews during times I said I wasn't available, and never canceled said interviews with the hiring team.

Question 1
Basic questions about work experience and specific job functions
Poor recruitment process with too many layers/rounds of interviews that were all scheduled separately. They made me meet/schedule time with at least 9 different people! It was quite ridiculous and they went radio silent after that. One of the interviewers was blatantly rude/condescending so I probably dodged a bullet.

Question 1
Standard interview questions - very repetitive each round
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teladoc Health in Mar 2022
Interview
Recruiter was responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Went through three interviews and was asked repetitive questions from each interviewer. Required to complete an assignment after an interview with the hiring manager. I noticed none of the interviewers took notes.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Teladoc Health
Interview
Not the best interview experience but also not the worst. I wish there were less rounds because 7 different interviews (including the initial phone screen) with a project was a bit excessive. Everyone seemed great though.
