Teladoc Health Interview Questions

Interview was broken into 3 parts one normal interview, one sql skills and one python skills. Each part with different interviewers. They where friendly and seem easy to work with and offered time for me to ask them questions if I had them.

In the first moment, you can have an Interview with somebody from Human Resources who will ask you about your experience in the field and then when the meeting ends they will send you an email with a take home SQL assignment .

I got through 4 rounds and still had no idea what the job was about. The meeting with the hiring manager was a one-sided interrogation with lots of behavioral and technical questions. He didn't leave any time to talk about what the job was about. Then I met with a member of their QA team who knew very little about what the team does. After that I met a member of my team who insisted on another interrogation of technical questions. She did leave 10 minutes at the end for me to ask questions, but what can you learn about a company you've already spent 3 hours with in 10 minutes? The next day I was supposed to meet with another member of the team and I thought this was where I would finally learn what the job is. HR sent me an automated rejection email 30 mins before that meeting was supposed to start. When I asked them if the meeting was still on, HR told me that they already hired somebody for the role.

The first interview was a phone screen and then followed up with a conversation with the hiring manager. The company is going through organizational changes so things were a bit disorganized.

Hiring manager seemed completely uninterested and had a bit of an attitude. They didn’t take the time to review my application materials before the call and made it clear that they didn’t remember who I was. When I got a chance to ask questions, the answers I got were short and non elaborative.

After applying, I received a call from one of Teladoc's internal recruiters. We spoke for about 30 minutes. I was giving details of the position and I answered various questions. A few days later, I had a virtual interview with a Supervisor.

The HR person rescheduled the interview appointment 2 different times. Then did not show up for the confirmed time, did not text/VM or email that they couldn't make it. Rude, unprofessional. This is the second time they have done this.

It was fairly straight forward. There was an initial phone screening interview with recruiter then followup video interview with clinical director. I am still in the interview process but it is going smoothly.

Traditional process: Recruiter screen, Hiring Manager then 3 people either on the team or another team you'd be working with. Time between rounds was longer than average 1-2 weeks which really slowed the process down. End to end was 6+ weeks.

There was no interview. I applied online and it took Teladoc almost 3 months (84 days to be exact) to reach out with an email asking if I would still be interested in the position and only then would my resume and information be passed along to a hiring manager. Absolutely abysmal time to respond. If their hiring process is this slow I would hate to see the speed of internal functions

Interview via phone with standard questions. The interview was very kind. I would recommend the interview to others. It was a pleasure to speak with them. There were no crazy or difficult questions.
