Lots of HR (talk, tests, feedback of tests) + one single interview with the hiring manager. Still, took a long time to get done. Very traditional in a sense but not so scientific - Hiring manager went more on his gut feeling.

Question 1
Traditional stuff, where have you worked, what did you do and so forth. Nothing advanced at all.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tele2 IoT (Düsseldorf) in Sep 2016
Interview
Very pragmatic, open & friendly. First step telephone interview with the recruiter to check basic requirements, 2nd call with recruiter & employer, 3rd meeting with decision maker. Interesting: HR was only involved in admin tasks in the whole process

Interview
First interview with HR, mainly they want you to fit into their values. Actually cool interview as they don't follow normal ways of asking for your CV, but ask for examples of how you see certain topics with their value. ´But it feels like a school exam to match the correct answer.
Second one with hiring manager and a team. It was also good experience as they tried to sell the team and raise realistic problems to discuss with you.
Things went well until then and they said it was a good impression and promised to get back for the next interview within a week. They never did. The office was not easy to get to, and I spent time applying and coming twice for interview. Don't I deserve any feedback, or at least an auto email to say that they moved forward with someone else? In this sense it is not really a positive experience if they don't respect people's time and effort.
