I basically talked about the relevance of my experience with the position I'm applying for. There was lots of talk about company culture and management style and the current environment. As this is a senior leadership role, they wanted to ensure that I would be prepared for not only the environment at the client side for a newly sold contract, but also the corporate culture within TekSystems. I provided lots of examples where I have managed a big team, some the challenges that I was currently facing in my current role and how that would prepared me for a new role with TekSystems. I have to say, there weren't any "trick" questions. It was really conversational and just trying to ensure the right fit from a personality and culture perspective.
