I have been working at TEKsystems full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I've never worked for a company that genuinely cared about their employees as much as TEKsystems does. From the top down - they care that you are able to fulfill your personal goals through your career success.

    Cons

There's a steep learning curve and it's significantly harder than most people expect, but if you can make it through the first 18 months, it's worth it.

I have been working at TEKsystems full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Close knit culture, 13 week training, career advancement, recently increased base and commission structure, great coworkers, relationship and quality driven.

    Cons

This is a high input, high output company. Not for people who aren't willing to put in the work. However, you will be rewarded when you do.

    Pros

They will take a lot of time to develop you within your career. The Director in my office cares about every single person that starts here on a personal level and wants to see them succeed. If you want to work hard to be successful you will be.

The only con would be work life balance and the hours but if you can manage that and have a good plan around it then it won't be an issue.
