Tellonym interview questions

Test-task requirements felt vague and lacked clear success criteria. Rejection came without any constructive feedback or specifics on what fell short. No transparency around the evaluation process—made it impossible to improve. Significant time investment felt wasted when no meaningful insights were shared.

Everything was fine until last meeting with the founder. I was informed that in tellonym 40 hours week of work is less then minimum and I will be required to work for free after I exceed 40 hours a week and this is what I was expected to do. They told me that they are not interested if I would only work 40 hours a week. Job was offered to me but only if I work more than 40 hours a week and for free. I would never even consider to start recruitment process with this company if I knew something like this will happen. They intentionally tell you this at the end of the process so you would consider accepting the offer so you don't waste 6-8 hours of your time on interview. The last meeting was the weirdest interview meeting I ever had. I was told that most of the employees in this company works like this also mentioning they are not very happy for people in company who don't.
