The overall Interview Process took around 1 month. It is based on 3 steps:
1. Face-to-Face Interview with 2 HR staff members: they asked me about my motivation in joining the company, my personality (if my life values could fit with the culture of the company), my background, my hobbies and interests and, mostly, they tested my curiosity.
2. Interview with a Senior Manager of the company: I have been asked to solve a Business Case, coming out with a solution. They mainly tested my reasoning and communication skills. No needs to have any knowledge on the technology they use (Salesforce).
3. Interview with a Co-Founder of the company: he wanted to understand if I could be a good match for the company, asking questions related to the values of the company and the role I wanted to choose.
