It was more focused on behavioral interview. It went 45 minutes and there were approx 6 questions. There were 2 people on the interview panel and asked questions about customer,process, systems. All were STAR method Questions.
Main interviewer failed to show for interview. I ended up being interviewed by someone on peer level which was extremely odd. The business Seemed very unorganised and chaotic throughout recruitment process
