Technical phone call which I was notified 1 minute before it started that the interview had been cancelled because the role had been filled internally. I didn’t find out until 5 minutes into the call as I had placed my phone on silent and the interviewers didn’t know either! Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of candidates time.
