Teltonika interview questions

The interview process went well overall. It started with an introduction about my background and experience in networking, IoT, and industrial communication protocols. They asked about my previous projects, troubleshooting experience, and how I handle customer support and network issues. There were also technical questions related to routing, switching, VPNs, Modbus TCP, and remote device management. The interviewer was professional, and the discussion was smooth and friendly.

I received an unexpected early-morning call that immediately moved into screening questions. Later there was another “first phase” interview with nearly identical questions, followed by a one-hour in-person technical interview and a take-home task. The assignment felt substantial and closely aligned with the company’s real project needs discussed during the interview. After another early-morning call asking whether I had completed it, I explained that I had done the work but could not share written results because they directly matched those business needs. I offered to present my approach live instead, after which I received a rejection. Given the situation, I reported the matter to the relevant labor authority.
