Tend Health interview questions

I’m sorry, but I am not going to invest 4 hours MINIMUM to work on a design challenge to improve YOUR system. That’s basically free work. After I was asked that at Tend, I’ve been telling interviewers I won’t be doing challenges that are over 2hrs. They all laugh because no employer in their right mind would think that’s okay, except Tend. Exploiting people for free work.

Standard Product design interview: HR interview, then Designer 1:1 interview, then meet the team and present design challenge. A lot of chats back and forth and calls to answer any questions! very helpful
