THE MOST IDIOTIC INTERVIEW PROCESS THAT I EVER HAD/HEARD. After they screen you by completing two or more rounds of interview for 15 days or so, they will arrange an HR interview for you and then they never come back to you . they will not respond to your calls, neither do they respond to your mails. if we call them after a month or so , they will just say "sorry , all the positions for this opening are now on hold/cancelled. " Not a proper way to behave , at least for a firm with such a good name in the market. They are all doing it wrong. THE INTERVIEW PROCESS IS A COMPLETE BLACK HOLE.
