I applied online. I interviewed at Terma (Braşov) in Jan 2025
Interview
I have contacted the liaison from their JD on LinkedIn to clarify if they are solely interested into strict employment contracts (as opposed to b2b contracts) while letting them know I am very excited about working with them. I have been replied with silly excuses and accusations about sexism, classism, and xenophobia against my own nation when I tried to get an answer from their designated contact person about the job at hand. At this point it was obvious no collaboration with Terma was acceptable for me, but I felt the need to let Terma know that their recruitment team is actively accusing candidates of sexism and xenophobia. Their official response was that the accusations were part of their normal hiring process.
