Very informal. My interview was focused on prior experience, the importance of effective communication, and basic rules of "storemanship". It was a 1:1 meeting with the store manager, who seemed impress with my background. The meeting lasted for about 30 minutes and I was offered the job then and there.

Interview
One of the better interviews I’ve experienced. Went over basic resume questions such as availability. Majority was a lot of get to know you questions felt like it was more of a will you fit in here rather than do you have the skills needed.
