Started with eyesight test, then Conducted interview asking standard Tesco questions asked on all job types while writing responses on template sheet, then tour of different areas id be working including the yard and vans.

Got asked 5 questions that were vague enough that your answers could come from anything, not just previous employment. None of the interview involved any driving test or even about operating a vehicle.

Describe a time I went above and beyond for a customer.
Just some Regular questions about availability etc, why I want to work at Tesco, if I was available on weekends very informal, was only a short interview and was offered the job on the spot

Cancelled interview last minute and rearranged it for a day I was not available despite already booking a day off work for the first interview. Extremely inconvenient. When I eventually attended the interview they told me sometimes during a shift you will need to complete your delivery route past your shift end time. I found this unacceptable as it basically means working unpaid overtime. No incentive offered. Received a job offer but declined.
