It was disorganised, they changed the person interviewing me last minute so I had to wait at the customer service desk for 15 minutes. I was crammed into a small room at the back where I just did paperwork.

basic interview, fill in form, confirm a few form questions verbally, give them copy of documents they will can it, also they can make you sign into the attendance log for health and safety purposes
Pretty Chill. Competency based interview. The interviewer was pretty calm and made me feel comfortable. Talked mostly about my Cv the whole time. the interview lasted 20 minutes. Got an offer the next day.

lay back, enjoyable, very chill. The interviewer got a paper which have 3 questions and they write down your answers. So, the questions are very template, The questions that i got were: have u ever been a part of a winning team? Do you have any customer service experience? Have u ever go above and beyond for customer? They also ask about my availability (like which day every week I'm able to commit)
