Started off with just general health andsafety questions the manager was very friendly that made the whole process a lot easier. Once these questions were complete general questions about personality were asked (e.g. what do you consider as a weakness of yours?). The whole process was simple and quick enough but do prepare a but it'll really help if you get nervous in interviews. Good luck to all!

Easy - just wanted to know if I had any customer service experience. Was offered the job in 2 weeks and started the week after.quick process and nice friendly company
It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
