Interview
Very long online questionnaire with scenario based questions. I then got invited to a one to one interview which took around 10-15 minutes, with questions mainly about experience. Very friendly.
Very simple easy and feels a like chat normally has two people in the room with you asks the basic questions! And then shows you around the work place, interview lasts about 30 minutes
Applied online and completed scenario based activity (what should you do in this situation etc) and then received phone call to book an interview in store with the manager in the following days

Easy location to find, good transport links, friendly staff, confirm identity, answer 4 questions, chat about the role and contract length as temp colleague and same values. Positive, listened, opened up about herself and felt at ease.
