Group Interview, lasting around 45 minutes, consisting of: a group activity that required making a tower out of limited supplies (paper, Sellotape etc.), this was more to see how you interacted with others in a team dynamic, more than your problem solving skills. Positivity is key here. This was followed by a one-on-one interview chat, which was very relaxed and natural.

Interview
I had a group interview , there was a few of us in a room we all had to introduce ourselves to the big boss, then she asked us a question all answered one by one, then had to build a tower in groups , then had a 10min break, went back in and had my one on one interview she asked me a few questions e.g. when did you last go that extra mile fora customer , what could you bring to this company. I then was put out on shop floor for like 10mins and then was told I would have a phone call and letter. Had a phone call later that day to say I was successful, I was really pleased and btw it was so relaxed, it weren't like a interrogation room, they were really friendly, and can't wait to start working for them :)

Interview
Easy interview
Asked 3 questions which were scenarios and they just wrote down your answers. Used to be a lengthy process but it’s significantly shorter now. Overall, I was probably in there for 20 minutes, maybe less. Got told I’d be phoned the day after to let me know but it was actually 2 days.

Interview
The shop needed staff quick and were very busy so it was pretty hectic, got a call 2 days after filling in the forms online, interview at 21:30, took about an hour, got asked to fill in some forms.
After the forms I got asked some basic questions they have set, it seems they have not changed them for many years.
Availability, motivation and willingness to learn is very important, try to have a smile or t least half smile from time to time, free feel to ask questions and try to make it look like you are almost always available.
Most question were about job experience.
Because they were busy it was a 1 on 1 as they wanted to get it over ASAP.
I am not very confident and pretty nervous however I tried to sound as confident as possible, made a simple joke about previous questions and asked some questions about what kind of training they do (this tells them that you are eager to train and work).
Told me they would call back in a week but did not, got a random call after 18+ days as it seems the management was too busy to train someone before that time.
You will need some kind of ID.
