some test questions
one to one with store manager then I had to shadow one of the employees
get stuck in when you shadow don't just stand there they want to see that you are willing to get your hands dirty and you understand some of the basics already
Interview was comfortable and friendly, manager was there on time. Asked why I want to work at Tesco and about previous customer facing roles. Explained the process and training requirements really well and had the opportunity to ask questions.
Short interview easy to speak to manager chill laid back energy very run of the mill normal questions if I do say so myself honestly nothing to be stressing over
i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.
