I applied through indeed then Had a phone call that invited me to an in-person interview, they gave me a date and time and where to turn up too after the interview they rang me again telling me weather or not i got the job

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
