Took two months before I heard anything from them. Really poor system and a rather insulting process. I regret bothering to apply to this role to be honest. Either the marketing team or hiring team seem to be useless and insulting by leaving people waiting for so long. Would not bother in future.
The process two around two weeks, with a couple of telephone interviews and a video call. Overall very nice and enjoyable. Most of the questions are the typical going through your CV with past experiences.
First round interview meeting with senior marketing team. Remote due to Covid, technology was easy to use and was an interesting discussion. Progressed to subsequent conversations with some further colleagues. Hr provided useful support
