Quick, easily led, happy to explain, and the papers were easy to fill. The whole thing lasted around an hour, and I enjoyed it. They also explained the rules of engagement, and set up my payroll.
Phone interview with minimal questions. That process lead to the in person meeting and this was a walk through / training of the role before first shift that started in the following days.
One on one interview with the manager. They asked me the most common questions and also situational ones from their papers and wrote down my answers. After getting accepted, I did an induction with a group of people.
