Call and in person they called me first to arrange the interview and I said yes and then I went in and I was asked the question and I answered it however I was offered but I declined

They called me on Zoom and asked me how I would deal with a variety of different scenarios. I asked about hours I would be working and departments that I would be potentially working in.
