I was contacted over the phone to organise an interview. There was one in-person interview at the store where standard questions were asked. Further introduction to how the store is separated into departments as well as what was expected during the job was given. I was informed that I would find out soon via a phone call if the application was a success. They let me know within 48h.

Smart casual dresscode. Very smooth interview, was laid back. Nothing too stressful, I was asked to show where I had gained communication skills, customer service skills and how I will be able to deal with a difficult customer.
