Interview
It was a basic interview with the store manager, we discussed my experience and motivations for applying for the position. We also discussed the role and what to expect when joining.
Brilliant very professional and slick from the start. Phone then FaceTime to face , found it very soon after I had been successful. Everyone made me feel at ease. Manager seemed really happy to work there which helped me.
The Tesco interview process usually includes an online application, short phone or video screening, then an in-person interview with customer service questions, availability discussion, teamwork scenarios, and sometimes simple role-based assessments.
