WORKING IN A TEAM:
1. Tell me about a time when you have worked
in a team?

• How much did you help others?
• What feedback did you get?
2. Describe a time when you have contributed to
building a positive team spirit.
• Why did you take this upon yourself?
• What did you do?
• How did they react to you and what was the
outcome?
3. Tell me about a time when you went out of your way
to help someone.
• How did you spot that they needed help?
• What steps did you take to best support them?
• How much did you understand their feelings and
concerns?
4.Can you give me an example of when you have
adapted your approach to ensure you work well with

Straight forward and joyful. The interviewer was nice and friendly. At the end his no verbal expression was more neutral and detached, making me realise I didn't get the role.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco
Interview
The interview was an enjoyable experience and not too difficult, definitely helps to draw on past experiences as this is what the questions are centred around. I found the interview to be quite relaxed and chilled as well, the interviewer was also really friendly and easy to get along with.
