I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Palo Alto, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
The interview process took 5+ weeks. A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, an initial phone screen with the recruiter, hiring manager, and then an on-site interview. The interviews were not bad at all as they were informal and conversational in nature, with standard behavioral questions asked. The interviewers provided me an adequate amount of time to ask questions as well. I heard back within a few days after the on-site interview. Overall, a positive candidate experience.
It was very well structured and I was well informed about the whole process from the beginning. All interviewers were really nice to me. I‘ve got a feeling that People Team is great, united and has enormous expertise.

Question 1
My CV. Teamwork. Change management. Stakeholder management.
I received weeks after I've applied an email saying that I wasn't selected. I presume they receive a lot of applicants. I understand that there is no contact with the recruiter for the long list.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla in Oct 2021
Interview
First blind interview with the recruiter for an HR position in Berlin. After the interview I was told they were going to schedule the second step but after a month no one contacted me so far. I also asked for updates but they ghosted me.
