One of the longer interviewing process I've gone through.
Process went something like this:
1> Phone screed with Recruiter (1 hour)
2> Panel (phone) interview with Team and hiring managers (1 hour)
3> Aptitude test (open, note, book, internet, etc) 4 hours
4> On-site interview Should have lasted about ½ day. However several of the interviewers were no-shows. Included a 1/2 hour presentation on past problem you've solved.
5> Lunch interview with hiring manager and director (1 hour)
All in all the process took a few weeks.
Interviewers were great. Recruiter would take days to get back to email or phone calls.
