The interview was scheduled with four people and three actually attended. They wanted me to explain how I answered the aptitude test and a few more questions about solar panels.
Asked to complete a competence test. Should be easy if you have knowledge of PV systems and basic electrical engineering understanding. It was for an entry level position so not the right fit for me

Spent several weeks for the interview. Two interviews with independent interviewers. The first interview has an aptitude test, the second has them dive deep into your resume. The best thing about it is clear and timely feedback from the point of contact.
