After a couple of calls with the recruit we set up my first interview. That interview ran for about 30 minutes and we pretty base level. After that interview, the recruiter reached out to me and we scheduled a second interview. The second interview was more difficult and had questions focused on gauging logical based thinking and troubleshooting.

Question 1
What is happening if you see an additional unexpected peak in XRD. What would this mean for the material.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Reno, NV) in May 2025
Interview
I was first emailed by a recruiter who set up an interview with the hiring manager. That went well. It was 30 minutes, and the questions were mostly behavioral. Second interview was 2-30 minutes, one with a process engineer, the other with the department manager. Both about 1/2 technical and 1/2 behavioral. If you know your stuff and prep with questions beforehand, you'll do fine.
