Interview was very casual in the first round, second round was more technical, and third round was more casual. Applying for structural engineer in their warehouses. Extra Words one two three.
I totally nailed the interview and they never contacted me back. I followed up a few times and didn't get a response. Thought it was pretty unprofessional as the guy was impressed and told me that he would contact within a week.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (Fremont, CA) in Oct 2023

Was given some technical questions which are reasonable.
Talked about their daily works and their expectations.
Talked about factory stuff that are related to stuctural engineering, and of course sustainability.
