I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Tetra Pak (Pune) in Jun 2017
Interview
3 rounds of interview further divided into various interviews
Extremely slow process with low level of information sharing by the HR team
The entire process took 2 months
Students from other premium colleges also have a similar review about the process
Various questions were asked to determine if the candidate was in sync with the culture of the organisation causing a lot of inconvenience to the candidates who had to travel all the way to MIDC, all of us were outstation candidates
After interviews declaring results took ages, even after repeated followup
Bad candidate experience
Video interview with AI system company. Even though it was stated AI is not used it seems weird to search for the video interview company and mainly get results about its use of AI. The company is also used as an example of bad AI ethics.
The remaining interview process is good, but this part should be reviewed. A tip is also to investigate how the system judges people beforehand.
The interview process is not transparent, the hiring manager shows no respect to the interviewee. Do not recommend this company if you would like to be treated as their hiring KPI and get ghosted.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tetra Pak (Lund, Skåne) in Mar 2025
Interview
Three interviews
Hr,
Hiring manager,
Business case
All interviews were on-site and people were calm, open-minded.
What strike me most was the office and the fact that t he company was clean and big. Beside this, they were not tough technical questions but rather open.

Question 1
Why are you a good fit? What would be your greatest value you can bring to us?
