Third interview round which was a series of face to face conversations with members of the SVP, Head of Global Medical Affairs & Pharmacovigilance leadership team at the Tewa offices in Amsterdam. The interview itself was unremarkable. What was extremely problematical was the post-interview handling of the process by their recruitment person. After the interviews I never heard anything back about the outcome of the process. Not even after reaching out to the Tewa recruitment contact 3-4 weeks later for feedback. I was just dropped. Until this day, I heard nothing. Given that I didn't actively apply for the position but Tewa reached out to me, and that this was the final round for a very senior managerial position - some type of notification of the outcome would have been appropriate. I guess they identified who they felt was the right person for the position and then just decided to ignore all the other applicants in the process from then on in.. It felt pretty shabby. I certainly would not consider any further approaches by recruiters from Tewa again.
Just as a side note - I live in another European country and had to stay overnight in Amsterdam to make the multi-hour interview slot possible given my longish travel times. I had to pay the associated hotel costs in Amsterdam myself. Tewa did not even offer to reimburse. So overall not only a lousy experience but it also cost me financially. Obviously had I have known I would never have bothered.
