2 rounds of interview, 1 with the HR team and the group, and one with the CEO. they were correct during the interview process, and asked relevant questions about my experience .
I was contacted for a recruitment process, and the first step went well. I was also informed that I would move forward in the selection process. However, after almost one month, the HR (N.K) informed me that they had decided to proceed with another candidate, only for me to later discover that the invitation for the second assessment had been sent to the wrong email address. As a result, I was completely excluded from the process without ever having the opportunity to respond or continue. Very disappointing candidate experience and poor communication management.
