I applied online. I interviewed at Teva Pharmaceuticals
Interview
Poor candidate experience. Completed standard phone screen with Recruiter. Was told that a formal panel interview would definitely be scheduled within the next week and then never heard back, despite following up.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Teva Pharmaceuticals in Apr 2021
Interview
Teva is a confused company.
They will take 8 rounds of interviews and after that sleep on it for the next 2-3 months. If you enquire, they will hardly answer.
After 4-5 months, you will receive a call asking for details like salary, notice period. Post that they will again sleep on it for unlimited time.
Their HR team does not have the courtesy to update the candidate, or their senior management does not have the capability to take decisions? God Knows??
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Generic questions, nothing specific, and the good thing is that there will be 8-9 rounds with different people and all will ask the same things :)
In 2022, I interviewed with 5-6 people - all went great but then they had a hiring pause for all NA roles. In early 2023, the same role was posted, so I reached out to my contacts to see if there was still interest. After a lot of emails trying to find who was handling the role now, they set up a call with me ... only for the person to tell me in about 3 minutes that there was no interest in me for the role anymore. Honestly, an email would have done fine, and not raising my expectations over nothing.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teva Pharmaceuticals (Parsippany, NJ) in Jan 2022
Interview
My interview is 3 weeks long, relatively longer interview process for interview. Interview question is relevant to job document, so need to prepare or do some research ahead of time before the interview
