I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas A&M University (College Station, TX) in May 2015
Interview
They ask a series of predetermined question, usually with 3 board members in a conference room. Each member will take turns asking a question, and each have to fill out a questionnaire. It's very impersonal. After they are done writing, then they'll open up conversation. They'll tell you that they will contact you after they've interviewed other prospects. I never heard anything back, even after a thank you letter. They didn't ask me much about my personality, or in depth questions about my skills.

Went fine. Friendly people and they were clear about what they are looking for, the expectations, and the promotion opportunities. I would have probably taken the job if I did not get a better offer somewhere else.

Great interview. Loved the process and fluidity of it! Offer was straight forward and offer was what I wanted! Couldn’t recommend working here more. Loved my time at A&M and the people I got to work with.
