My experience was a telephone interview that lasted 15 minutes. I was working thru Sunbelt Staffing for nurses out of Baco Raton FL. The walk thru and in person interview was the first day that I came for orientation. This is a rare occurrence I am sure, but this was my experience.

Interview with 2 people, DON and a manager. They were super nice, and pleasant. It was more like a personality interview. They made me feel calm and respected my thoughts. First interview in a long time that I felt like I belonged.

Apply online. Screened by Human Resources and application sent to department manager. I received a call from the manager and an agreed upon time to meet for interview was decided. Day of interview, I felt lost upon entering the hospital and directions of where to go. My anxiety level was elevated due to lack of directions.
