Behavioral and technical. Behavioral was pretty open ended. Overall interview focused on resume and your expressed skillset. Depending on education level, technical questions were asked (e.g., circuit analysis, filters, op-amps, microprocessors).

Interview
I met TI at a national conference. I got the interview at the conference and they asked me some technical questions. They asked me to draw an inverting circuit and a low pass circuit using that same circuit. The people were really nice and treated me really nicely.
I got followed up the week after for a phone interview. In this phone interview you present a project that you made during your college career. The HR manager contacted me two weeks after and told me congrats on progressing in the interview process and now I am waiting for an offer from a hiring manager.
