Interview
The HR folks are very friendly, and they help direct you to your interview locations. I went through 2 panel interviews lasting about 30 minutes and 1 group business case preparation and presentation lasting about 1 hour. Each panel interview contained 3 Director or higher-level interviewers. Everyone was friendly. The questions were mostly behavioral questions, with some follow up questions to my answers. It doesn't hurt to take a second to think about the questions before giving an answer. I think they liked that.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Richardson, TX) in Sep 2015
Interview
Met the recruiter at a on campus career fair. I was first in line and got an on campus interview scheduled for the following Monday. I met with a manager in the accounting department and she asked me basic behavioral questions. I talked about my resume, internship (for a semiconductor company), and asked about 6 of my own pre prepared questions to show that I am interested in their operations. I made it to round 2 which will be a video interview.
