They took me on a tour of the facility and then sat me down and multiple employees came thru for quick interviews. Then at the end I sat down with the head guy for a few minutes. They asked me basic questions about my work experience. The guy that had technical questions asked me to describe a VFD. There was no mention of numbers or salary. I think mainly they interviewed me as a courtesy but had someone else already picked out for the job.
