Manufacturing Engineer - Technology & Manufacturing Rotational Program Interview

      Nov 4, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2016

      Interview

I received the first interview after meeting with TI recruiters at an on campus career fair, the interview was later that week, very friendly interviewer, mostly personality questions and project based questions. I then received a phone call a few days later informing me of the second interview, the second interview was a phone interview. This interview was less professional, one of the two interviewers missed the phone call and the one that I did interview was somewhat cold and off putting. Mostly personality questions again, with 1-2 technical questions relating to projects that I described. The third interview was an on cite interview at TI, it required that I prepare a presentation on a project I have been involved with. The day also included a facilities tour, two interviews, and a small teamwork based group project.
