      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments

      Interview

The whole process was very comfortable. I applied online originally, and also met with a recruiter in person through a networking event at my university. Due to this I had two initial interviews (one in person and one online through HireView) for phase 1. Phase 2: A one hour interview through a video software with a current TSR (10+ years at TI) Phase 3: On site interview with 2 one hour interviews (one of them supposed to be a sales simulation) My advice is be yourself and don't try to be someone you're not. I had extensive conversations with managers throughout my process and it was obvious that they didn't like people that seemed fake. They want real people that are willing to learn. If you get to phase 3, youll be in a room full of other people gunning for the same job.
